Cryogenic valve

Cryogenic valves are suitable for use in cryogenic condensate tanks and lines, and are manufactured using the latest technology. This type of valve has a long neck and is resistant to low temperatures down to -200C, so it performs best at these temperatures. Partak Fanbazaar Industries has 30 years of experience in supplying and repairing this type of valve, and using the experiences of the strengths and weaknesses of its eastern and western models, as well as considering the limitations that existed for supplying these valves, it designed and manufactured them using reverse engineering and design optimization methods. In this regard, 12 cryogenic valve models were designed in different sizes, and after manufacturing the prototype and testing it in the factory and then testing it at the consumer’s site, it entered the commercial production phase. With continuous quality control and technological advancement, optimization of design and production methods has always been on the agenda, to the extent that the production method of valve bodies, which was done by traditional casting method, was changed to investment casting method, which has had a significant impact on the quality growth of the product
